If I emailed you a design, would you be able to make me a finished piece of jewelry?
If you are in business to sell many of your designs, we are happy to make your sample and once approved by you, we will move to production.

How do I know that my designs will stay exclusive for me?
Our customer comes to us because they are comfortable that their designs stay theirs only. Some customers have a policy of signing an agreement with their venders. We are happy to do that if you choose to sign an agreement.

How do I know that you will be making my product with the exact karat all the times?
Our factory policy states that an assay of the metal must be taken after every melt.

Do you have designers and model makers on board?
Yes we do.

What is your lead-time?
Six weeks. That is what we ask.

Can I send you a piece of jewelry to repair?
We only serve our clients for whom we do their production.

Can I buy some jewelry pieces from your company?
We only manufacture to client's specifications. None of their products is sold through us.

What is your minimum requirement for a production run?
We require a minimum order of 20 pieces, per style or design, to do a production run for you.
