Model Maker: Able to work with wax and metal. Min 5 years experience.

Master Jewelry: Sample Maker for not less than 12 years.

Tool and Die Maker: Experience in jewelry, able to work with blue prints.

Jewelry Designer: Professional training and experience necessary. Degree is a plus.

Production Planner: Capacity planning, man-hour and machinery.
